  • Director level experience only
  • Ability to create a strategic plan for the next 3-5 years
  • Experience in bringing Service Lines back into budgetResponsibilities
    • Prepare individuals for growth opportunities and advancement; build internal collaborative networks.
    • Solicit and act on performance feedback; foster collaboration, goal setting, and coaching for performance improvement.
    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of talent; ensure performance management aligns with business needs.
    • Stay updated with organizational best practices, industry trends, and share insights across teams.
    • Motivate and empower teams; maintain a skilled and engaged workforce aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide guidance for difficult decisions; create opportunities for expanded decision-making impact.Qualifications
      • Minimum 2 years managing operational or project budgets
      • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports
      • Minimum 5 years in customer or patient service
