Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Position: Business Development Manager - Contract Manufacturing Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth Analyze customer demand forecasts and track key sales metrics Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance Plan and oversee training of new team members Qualifications & Skills Required: 7 years of experience in sales or business development Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking environment Bilingual in Mandarin is required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
