Job Description K---S Consulting is a rapidly growing team of
professional fundraisers looking for motivated, top-notch Customer
Service Representatives to join our Fremont - based team
immediately. Our ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and
charismatic individual. Prior Advertising and/or Customer Service
experience is preferred but not required. We are looking forward to
cross-training our ideal candidate in all aspects of Customer
Service, Promotions, and Management. And the training doesn---t end
there We will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to
familiarize you with our client---s products and all aspects of the
Customer Service cycle. From there, your success will be driven by
your motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with
prospective customers. If you---re interested in taking your

community members on our charity partners core mission to members
of the local communities Attend in-person and virtual meetings to
increase knowledge of our charity partners Build and maintain
positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and
fellow team members Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and
brand loyalty through donor activities at the events Consult in
client compliance Additional responsibilities as directed
Requirements: Have an entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking,
and relentless drive for success 0-2 Years in customer service,
community outreach, or marketing Can follow a proven process Highly
competitive and want to win Can take rejection and learn from it
Willing to try new approaches and techniques
