We work with senior customer stakeholders, as the partner of choice for 85% of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies, to define and realize the strategic value of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Strategy & Operations as well as Quality and Safety (e.g., Pharmacovigilance).As a Consultant, you will manage workstreams on consulting projects for Veeva customers in R&D - planning, organizing, and tracking all aspects of delivery. You will analyze problems, build insightful solutions, and develop close working relationships with customer stakeholders (through face-to-face discussions, workshops, email, etc.) to deliver demonstrable, sustainable value, at the forefront of digital and R&D innovation.What You'll Do

• Lead workstreams in project engagements: planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of delivery including scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines.
• Design, build, and deliver project-specific solutions that meet objectives.
• Identify and proactively solve customer problems.
• Serve as a primary client contact for operational questions, building relationships through various communication channels.
• Manage and mentor Associate Consultants within your workstream.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Bring industry, market, and functional insights to your customers.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
• Help develop and share thought leadership.Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent academic record.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience.
  • Strong Life Sciences background with interest in R&D or related areas: Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Quality & Safety.
  • Good understanding of R&D technologies and Veeva's platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital health and life sciences industry trends.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.Nice to Have
    • Postgraduate qualifications (Ph.D., MD, MBA).
    • Experience with digital technologies and SaaS solutions.
