This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain for several Native product categories.In This Role, You'll Get To:

• Manage and optimize supply chains for assigned product categories:
• Packing components
• Screen printing/decorating
• Raw material planning
• Demand vs Capacity optimization
• Own & develop relationships with assigned suppliers & Contract Manufacturers
• Finished good inventory management
• Work cross-functionally across various teams including R&D, Pack Dev, QA, Purchasing Teams
• Develop & implement process improvements within Native Operations for:
• New product launches
• Overall process efficiencies
• Maintain > 98% Case Fill Rate averages by product formJob QualificationsRequired

• 5+ years of Product Operations, Supply Chain, or Inventory Planning experience preferred
• Strong background in supply chains, data analysis, forecasting, and demand planning
• A self-driven, highly motivated, bias towards action skill set
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with tangible product lines
• Experience working in SAP
• Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets and/or project management toolsPay Range: $105,000 - $154,000Compensation varies depending on factors including office location, role, credentials, skills, and experience. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
