It Manager, the core responsibility of the Programmer Analyst is to
design, develop, maintain and support software applications in
support of various business functions of the company. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSUtilize established development tools, guidelines and
conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, C#,
ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Design, code and test
new Windows and web software applications Build and support
SharePoint sites and Workflows Enhance existing systems by
analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and
identifying areas for modification and improvement Maintain
existing software systems by identifying and correcting software
defects Investigate and develop skills in new technologies. Create
technical specifications and test plansQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 4
years of experience in application software development. Proficient
in .Net, C#, ASP.Net, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, SP Services,
Azure DevOps and related technologies. Experience should include at
least 2 years in Microsoft Power platform (Power automate,
PowerApps, PowerBI). Proficient in SharePoint administration and
configuration of SharePoint security, lists, libraries, workflows
and document management. Front End Development - Hands on
experience with Front end development. Preferred React JS.
Proficient using web API services (REST) Working knowledge of SQL
Comfortable using code versioning tools such as GitHub Strong
problem solving, design, programming, and testing skills as well as
a desire to learn new languages and technology A team player, able
to provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project
objectives. Excellent written communication skills and the ability
to translate business requirements into clear technical
specifications Good to have Dynamics CRM Experience/understanding
of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Computer
Science or Equivalent.PHYSICAL DEMANDSPosition operates in a
professional office environment Ability to perform tasks requiring
bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in an office environment.
