Job Description:

Be a part of a dedicated global team focused on onboarding new clients into our Operations infrastructure for OTCs/CFDs and migrating clients to new Fund Accounting platforms. Your work will ensure a seamless transition and operational readiness for our clients.As a project manager on the Securities Services Complex Assets Client Onboarding team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage onboarding processes for OTCs/CFDs/FFX to JPM Middle Office & Fund Accounting platforms. You will contribute to providing high-quality, responsive onboarding services that meet strategic and tactical client and business needs.Job responsibilities:

• Partner with Clients, Operations, and Fund Accounting Operations to onboard and migrate clients across platforms efficiently and accurately, ensuring operational readiness.
• Design and implement the strategic roadmap for the Complex Assets Product Development.
• Manage various complex asset client onboarding projects, including identification, analysis, and solution development.
• Communicate onboarding and migration progress across organizational levels to keep teams and leadership informed of developments, challenges, and escalations.
• Facilitate delivery of scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet client needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current operational models and strategic priorities for change.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple lines of business, providing thought leadership and developing options and recommendations.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in project delivery/management and business analysis.
  • Understanding of OTC derivatives, Contracts for Difference, FFX.
  • Client communication experience.
  • Experience working on Middle/Back Office client-facing projects.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
    • Knowledge of Fund Accounting and Middle Office operations.
    • Experience collaborating with Technology and Operations teams.
    • Proven ability to present to executive audiences in meetings and video calls.
