Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.We put our customers at the center of every decision we make by focusing on their needs, being a leader in innovation, keeping things simple, and making our solutions easy to implement.The Treasury Management Division Sales Support Manager (DSSM) will lead a team of 12 Commercial Banking Sales Analysts and work with the Division and Market Sales Managers to develop strategies focused on customer experience, risk mitigation, partnerships, and growing revenue. The ideal candidate must manage change well, while being a highly motivated and proactive self-starter. Success in this role comes from the focus and commitment to hiring great talent, promoting teamwork, creating positive and professional partnerships.The DSSM will be expected to:-Drive market strategies to help meet/exceed financial goals-Effectively coach the Sales Analysts by leveraging their strengths to reach their full potential-Partner with Line, Implementation and Service leaders to influence change and drive a better customer experience-Motivate, inspire and provide recognition to the sales support team-Continuously identify, build and maintain pipeline of future talent for successful team growth-Develop Sales Analysts and understand their workload - adjust alignments as necessary-Develop division strategies to provide a stellar customer experience both internally and externally-Create a vision and drive change management strategyAs a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

    Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or business management; in the financial services industry

      Desired Qualifications
      • Business development, sales, or treasury management experience
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the treasury management industry including; processes, systems, and bank operations
      • Strong presentation skills

        Other Desired Qualifications
        • 4 year Bachelor's Degree or higher
        • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build strong partnerships
        • Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
        • CTP Designation
        • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
        • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
        • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
        • Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking

          Job Expectations
          • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
