Job Description Job Description Production Technician – $24–$26/hr Location: Livermore, CA Assignment: Indefinite temporary assignment with strong potential for conversion after ~6 months Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, early shift (approx. 5:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) with potential overtime Pay: $24–$26/hr weekly pay and benefits Build Precision Products That Power Advanced Technology Join a high-tech manufacturing environment where quality, precision, and teamwork drive everything we do. As a Production Technician , you’ll play a hands-on role assembling precision mechanical and electromechanical components used in advanced technology applications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following detailed instructions, and producing high-quality products in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. What You’ll Do Perform repetitive and non-repetitive mechanical or electromechanical assembly tasks Build precision components using hand tools, measurement devices, and specialized equipment Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or procedures to ensure quality output Operate tools such as arbor presses, ovens, vacuum systems, and test equipment Inspect components for quality and cosmetic standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners as needed Support production goals while maintaining strict quality standards What Success Looks Like Consistently produces high-quality assemblies with minimal rework Follows procedures accurately and safely Works independently with minimal supervision Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors Maintains a positive, collaborative attitude on the production floor May assist in training or orienting newer team members What You Bring High school diploma or trade school equivalent 2–4 years of mechanical or production assembly experience Experience in precision manufacturing or similar technical industries preferred Ability to use hand tools and basic measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills Comfortable working an early-morning onsite schedule Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes and safety glasses Ideal Backgrounds Candidates from precision manufacturing or semiconductor-related environments are especially strong fits, particularly those with mechanical assembly experience.
