D.C., London and Amsterdam. The design team at Plaid is made up of
product designers, researchers, and content designers who partner
closely with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver Plaid’s
products. Within the Fraud & Risk org, the Dashboard team owns
Plaid’s Dashboard, a key surface area for customers and data
partners. The Dashboard provides essential tools for launching with
Plaid, monitoring integrations, and managing accounts, and it also
serves as the home for emerging insights products across payments
and risk assessment. We’re looking for a Product Designer to join
the Fraud & Risk team, focused on the Dashboard. In this role,
you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to design and
ship high-quality product experiences in the Dashboard for
customers. You’ll help evolve and create new experiences across our
fraud prevention products, setting a high bar for visual and
interaction design quality. Responsibilities Shipping delightful
and easy-to-use experiences for developers Closely collaborating
with engineers and product managers,from planning through execution
Being a tireless advocate for the users and user-centered processes
Producing high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel
perfect prototypes with delightful interactions. Ability to develop
insights into customer behavior from both qualitative and
quantitative information Joining a team of experienced designers
and contributing to our design culture through collaboration,
presenting work, and sharing feedback Qualifications 3 years of
experience in creating and shipping quality digital products
Producing high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel
perfect prototypes with delightful interactions Strong verbal and
visual presentation skills, as well as an articulate point of view
about design Proven record of collaboration to support and
influence the team’s direction, vision, and planning of
deliverables Ability to tie designs to business needs, goals, and
metricsHaving a divergent exploratory process with the ability to
communicate trade-offs The target base salary for this position
ranges from $151,200/year to $208,800/year in Zone 1. The target
base salary will vary based on the job's location. Our geographic
zones are as follows: Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay
Area Zone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C. Zone 3 -
Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities The base salary
range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if
applicable), equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job
posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries.
Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills,
