We are looking for a seasoned PHP Developer with over 8 years of
experience in web development and application support. This role
requires a professional with strong technical acumen in PHP
development and hands-on experience in debugging, maintaining, and
supporting critical business applications in a fast-paced
environment. ? Key Responsibilities: •Develop and maintain robust,
scalable, and secure PHP-based web applications. •Provide Level 2/3
support for business-critical applications. •Troubleshoot and
resolve production issues quickly and efficiently. •Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) for issue
resolution and system enhancements. •Monitor logs, system health,
and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.
•Perform root cause analysis and create documentation for recurring
incidents. •Assist in release management, patch updates, and system
upgrades. •Mentor junior developers and support engineers when
necessary. ? Required Skills: •8 years of experience in PHP
(Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP). •Strong hands-on
experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS. •Proficient in
front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
•Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and system
integrations. •Experience in application support, production
troubleshooting, and incident handling. •Familiarity with Linux
environments, Apache/Nginx servers, and basic shell scripting.
•Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Git, ServiceNow, or similar.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ?
Nice-to-Have: •Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Cloud
platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). •Knowledge of CMS platforms like
WordPress, Drupal, or Magento. •Experience working in
Agile/Scrum-based environments. •Prior experience in customer
support or client-facing roles. ? Soft Skills: •Strong verbal and
written communication skills. •Ability to work independently and
manage time effectively. •Collaborative mindset and willingness to
support other teams.
