Job Description:As a Field IT Support Technician, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle to travel to customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting work through our service tracking system.Some of the hardware you will work with includes:

• Application Servers
• PCs
• Cabling
• Switches
• Printers
• Routers
• Fiber Converters
• ScannersTraining:You will have an assigned territory and attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily hands-on, familiarizing you with equipment at customer sites, and will also cover our policies and procedures.Requirements:
  • Technical associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of technical experience in hardware and networking
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
  • Willingness to attend paid training in Texas
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • A+ and/or Network+ certification is a plus
