About the TeamThe Business Technology Go-To-Market (GTM) team works in close partnership with our business partners to help accelerate the growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving exceptional Customer, partner and employee experiences. The GTM team is accountable for driving end to end alignment on data, processes and solutions.About the RoleAs Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs with significant scope and impact to all areas of GTM applications. You will work closely with business and business technology partners to deliver value to collaborators, including meeting the scope, budget and timeline of the effort. Responsibilities

• Perform project management and scrum master duties for multiple workstreams
• Work with business/product owners and engineers to understand backlog content
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Load individual iterations with respective tasks and user stories, aligned with team dedication
• Maintain backlogs ensuring all work items are accurately assigned to team, reflect the correct status, and ensure accurate traceability to business user stories and any non-functional requirements
• Track Velocity, Capacity/Duration, Burn Down Charts, and other metrics at the daily, iteration, release and project level
• Perform traditional project management / project coordination duties as needed for traditional projects and using traditional methodologies and artifacts
• Mentor teams on agile methodologies and standard processes, promoting continuous improvement
• Help craft compelling executive presentations for program visibility and decision-making.
• Find opportunities to drive improvement in current processes for enabling process efficiency and champion ideas for change
• Build trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream alignment and accountability About YouBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in IT program management
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Scaled Agile, Agile Development, Technology Architect, Software Development, or related field
  • Experience leading IT programs in one or more of the areas: Sales, CPQ, Order Management, Customer Success and Enterprise data Other Qualifications
    • Strong technical savvy and an understanding of the SaaS / CRM business model
    • Functional knowledge in end to end CRM business processes
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with users at all levels and varying technical ability.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues
    • Persuasive, encouraging, motivating and detail oriented
    • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Jira, confluence, Miro and GSuite
