lead transformation efforts, operating with speed, agility, and
scale to deliver outcomes for our people and
business.Responsibilities
- Partner with executive teams to execute annual talent
strategies and plans.
- Identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and enable employees to
perform their best in service to our customers.
- Build deep trusted relationships to have a lasting
organizational impact.
- Act as influential partners to senior leadership, driving the
people agenda.
- Use understanding of business strategy to identify required
skills and build plans for hiring, development, and retention.
- Collaborate across People & Places teams including Talent
Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People
Analytics.
- Lead organizational change efforts, including design
improvements and leveraging HR technologies and analytics to
identify trends.
- Drive improvements in engagement, manager scores, mobility,
retention, and leadership capability.Intuit offers a competitive
compensation package, including base pay, bonuses, equity rewards,
and benefits. The expected base pay range varies by location:
- Bay Area, California: $196,000 - $265,500
- Southern California: $191,000 - $258,500Pay is determined based
on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
location. The company conducts regular pay equity comparisons
across ethnicity and gender categories.Minimum Qualifications
- 7-10 years of HR experience partnering with executives to build
high-performing teams and lead change.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent
work experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence talent and
organizational decisions.
- Experience developing annual organizational strategies and
talent plans.
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and
decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with organizational design to enhance speed and
reduce friction.
- Experience diagnosing and developing leadership capabilities at
senior levels.
- Proven change leadership skills and ability to foster these
skills in others.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across HR and leadership
teams.
