Job Description:
Overview: As a Field Trainer with Western Dental / Brident, you
will deliver training to key roles in our supported dental
practices. Training team members to be productive on our practice
management systems and operational procedures is the core of your
mission, but you will also deliver content to support business
initiatives, new software, changes to regulatory requirements,
leadership development, and refresher training in key areas of
opportunity. You will be responsible for a Training Region in
either (a) Dallas-Fort Worth TX or (b) CA Route 99 from Sacramento
to Bakersfield, CA. You will deliver most training in person at our
supported dental offices, so the ability to travel 75%-100% is
required (company car provided). Experience training for a Dental
Support Organization is helpful, but all new Field Trainers will
spend their first several months in one or more dental offices for
a fully immersive orientation and training on all of the office
roles. Responsibilities --- Deliver training to dental office
staff, with a focus on practice management software and reports,
office procedures, and the patient experience --- Onboard new
doctors, hygienists, and managers --- Plan and schedule training
for your region --- Evaluate training effectiveness --- Collaborate
with Western Dental/Brident regional leadership to continuously
improve training opportunities and outcomes in your region ---
Manage special projects as requested --- Travel outside of your
region/state as needed to deliver training to offices that are part
of a merger or acquisition Requirements --- Bachelor's Degree from
an accredited 4-year college or university --- 3 years' experience
training small and large groups, preferably in a multi-unit or
dental/medical environment --- Ability to assess and accommodate a
variety of learning styles --- Strong written and verbal
communication skills --- Ability to travel 75%-100% of the time
(company car provided) --- Technically savvy; fearless about
digging into new software --- Good understanding of common business
metrics and reports --- Skilled in the use of a variety of training
mediums --- Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications and
