Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including but not limited to: food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work ? Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all people processes including but not limited to: o Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding o Staffing and Staffing Goals to run the restaurant effectively o Train, Coach and Motivate ?
