The Opportunity -Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a part-time Banquet Bartender to join us at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California.     • Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items -
    • Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions -
    • Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available -
    • Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests -
    • Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift -Qualifications -
      • No high school diploma or GED required
      • Must be at least 18 years of age -
      • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience -
      • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required -
      • Previous experience using computerized point of sale -system required -
      • CA RBS Certification Required
      • CA Food Handlers Card RequiredPhysical Requirements -
        • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
        • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
        • Noise level may be moderate to high during busy timesShift Details -Day shift
