Job Description Licensed Therapist Psychiatric Services of Grosse Pointe Roseville, Michigan Psychiatric Services of Grosse Pointe is a well established outpatient psychiatric practice serving adults throughout Metro Detroit. We are expanding our therapy team and are seeking a licensed therapist who values evidence based care, clinical autonomy, and working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. This role focuses on outpatient psychotherapy with adult patients. Our practice provides strong administrative and billing support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high quality care rather than managing operational burdens. Position Overview The therapist will provide initial diagnostic evaluations and ongoing individual psychotherapy for adult patients. Treatment is primarily outpatient and incorporates evidence based modalities, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT informed approaches. This position may be full time or part time, depending on availability. A hybrid schedule is available, with a minimum of two days per week in office. Responsibilities Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy for adults Utilize evidence based treatment modalities including CBT and DBT informed techniques Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatric providers as part of an integrated care model Comply with all HIPAA and professional standards Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Michigan license including LMSW, LPC, or Psychologist Strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Experience with or willingness to utilize DBT informed approaches Comfort working with adult patients in an outpatient setting Professional, reliable, and patient centered approach to care What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and schedule Consistent referrals from an established psychiatric practice Administrative and billing support Marketing and referral support to help maintain a steady caseload Flexible scheduling with hybrid options Collegial and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding practice Schedule Flexible weekday hours Hybrid model with at least two in office days per week Location In person services provided at our Roseville office Telehealth available for appropriate visits How to Apply Please submit your resume.
