Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting
opportunity is available for a Licensed Occupational Therapist to
provide specialized support within an elementary school setting,
located in Antioch, IL. This travel position offers a unique chance
to work in a dynamic educational environment, supporting young
students' developmental and functional needs. Responsibilities
include conducting assessments, developing and implementing
individualized intervention plans, collaborating with educators and
families, and documenting progress to enhance students'
participation in school activities. The role requires delivering
therapy services three days per week, totaling 19.5 hours, with a
schedule from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM. Key Qualifications: Current and
valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois
Experience working in school-based occupational therapy settings
preferred Ability to assess and address pediatric occupational
therapy needs in educational environments Strong communication
skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary
teams Flexibility to travel as part of the assignment Location:
Antioch, Illinois Elementary school environment with travel
