Pediatric Exp Flu Vaccine Required COVID-19 Vaccine: Required CA RN
License Ability to independently circulate, in at least 3 of the
following services: General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics/Spine,
Otolaryngology/Airway, GU, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Cardiac.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, PALS Exp in level 1 & 2 Trauma
