Current Employee, Boise, Idaho What Were Looking For: A genuine passion to serve and help others live their best lives Reliable transportation, Drivers License, Auto Registration and Insurance Social Security or Passport CPR Certification (Not required but preferred) TB/Help B CNA/License if application California HCA Registration (preferred) What Youll Be Doing: Assisting with daily activities to support independence at home Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene support) Helping with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Planning and preparing meals, including feeding assistance if needed Managing light housekeeping tasks and errands Offering companionship and respite care to support families Salary Range: $18 to $23 per hour, based on the type of care provided. Companion care starts at $18/hour, while more advanced personal care can earn up to $23/hour. Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
