Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a branch of Community Psychiatry, is
seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join
our team. Our centers prioritize high-quality, personalized mental
health services through therapy and medication management. In this
role, you will work closely with patients to develop tailored
treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs,
fostering an environment of healing and support. Responsibilities
include individual and group therapy sessions, continuous patient
assessment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to
optimize care strategies. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
to identify their mental health needs. Develop and implement
personalized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy
sessions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as
necessary. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Maintain
accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory
standards. Engage in ongoing education to remain current with best
practices in mental health care. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy,
trauma-informed care, and other therapeutic modalities. Ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. High level of
professionalism and adherence to ethical standards. Medical
