2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Stepdown RN in San Francisco,
California, 94102! Under general supervision, the RN Step-Down
provides direct patient care to adult patients transitioning from
ICU to Step-Down units. The nurse monitors patient conditions,
administers medications, and collaborates with the healthcare team
to ensure safe and effective care. Emphasis is placed on patient
education, documentation, and adherence to hospital policies and
procedures. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to
