in Tracy, California, 95376! Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

within 50 miles Description: The position requires essential ICU
nursing skills. Candidates must have charting experience with Epic.
The role involves managing a patient ratio of 2. Key
responsibilities include ventilator management, care of ventilated
patients, and central line care/management. Healthcare providers
must be comfortable with blood product administration and advanced
airway management techniques. Familiarity with managing patients
with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure is required. Emergency
medications and procedural sedation skills are crucial. This role
entails care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
Healthcare employees will collaborate with interdisciplinary
support teams, including physical therapy and respiratory services.
COVID-19 and flu vaccine status is currently unknown for this
position. A background check will be conducted prior to final
employment. Candidates must have references obtained within the
last year. Documentation of certifications must be in hand at the
time of the application. Additional patient diagnoses include
medical ICU. Special procedures are not highlighted in this role.
The daily census is anticipated to be around six patients. Work is
required on weekends with variable shifts. Prior charge experience
is a plus. Candidates should be able to interpret arterial blood
gases and dysrhythmias. The ability to perform phlebotomy and
obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG is essential. The work environment consists
of a maximum of eight beds in the unit. Patients are expected to be
ages ranging from adults to geriatrics. Healthcare providers should
adhere to all infection prevention protocols. Team members will
