family of businesses is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health
Therapist - LCSW to join our team in Pasadena, CA. Optum Behavioral

healthcare better for everyone. /n /n As a Licensed Clinical
Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide
variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our
diverse patient population. You will provide patients with
behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and
group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient
programs. /n /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n - Form excellent
provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external
providers /n - Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and
provide ongoing medication management /n - Participate in enriching
the training experience of our graduate students /n - Screen and
assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse
disorders /n - Provide treatment for a variety of mental health
conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive
behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other
evidence-based methods /n - Systematically track treatment response
and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment
side effects or complications /n - Opportunities to represent the
practice in community presentations and lectures /n - Maintain
accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and
clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory

Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s degree in psychology, social work,
or a related counseling field /n - Clear, active and unrestricted
license (LCSW) in the state of California /n /n /n Preferred
Qualifications: /n /n - 2 years professional social work / clinical
experience post Master's degree /n - Experience providing direct
psychotherapy services to individuals and families /n - Experience
working with computers for professional communication and medical
documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) /n -
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with
equal effectiveness /n /n /n The salary range for this role is
$59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to local labor
markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
