Our client located in Coastal California is seeking a RN Manager to oversee the Emergency Services and Respiratory Therapy Departments within a Critical Access Hospital.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.2+ years of nursing experience within the Emergency Department. Knowledge of ER Techniques and management as well as legal aspects of ER Nursing.They are offering a generous compensation package starting at $130K to $170K+/year.Live and work in a small town which has experienced a slow economic growth within the past 15 years. Great schools, affordable living and a better quality of life.JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the management of the emergency and respiratory therapy departments. Has 24-hour accountability for the management of personnel, fiscal and material resources. Coordinates the scheduling of department staff according to patient acuity; maintains and monitors staffing records and statistics.
