This is a 70% on the floor clinical supervisor position with 30% administrative/office support.What You'll Do:Lead by Example: As a Clinical Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the client service and veterinary medical support team. You'll set the tone for the department by modeling a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Ensure Exceptional Client Service: You'll work closely with clients to ensure that they have a positive experience at our hospital. You'll answer their questions, address their concerns, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.Manage and Develop Staff: You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating support staff. You'll also provide ongoing coaching and development to help your team members reach their full potential. This may include training or teaching veterinary assistants and technicians technical skills.Optimize Workflow and Efficiency: You'll continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency of the client service and veterinary medical support team. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure that the team is always operating at peak performance.Maintain a Safe and Positive Work Environment: You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment for both staff and patients.
