- $105,000 a year (DOE)Sign on bonus: $10,000Location: 370 N Wiget

Standard work hours 8 AM - 5 PM (2) days a week 11 AM - 7 PMThe
Enrollment Director is a Licensed Masters level therapist (LMFT or
LCSW or LPCC) who reports to the Executive Director of a Clinic and
sits on the Leadership Team. The Enrollment Director coordinates
welcoming families into treatment, manages and directs the
admissions process and authentically represents all Embark programs
to parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment

facilities nationwide, we employ a strategic approach, from Long
Term Residential and Wilderness Therapy to IOP/PHP clinics and
virtual outpatient care. Our local clinics play a pivotal role in

insured families.Responsibilities:The Enrollment Director
represents the program to parents/guardians, referents, prior
treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and
serves as a critical link between these various entities. Ensures
that the admission processes are completed within the designated
time and all documentation is professionally presented. The
Enrollment Director may also provide direct services for group,
individual and family therapy, and may be responsible for carrying
a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions
responsibilities.Learn and maintain Embark culture and program
norms and live these standards consistently.Meet treatment
standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard
requirements.Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours of warm
handoff from admissions support team.Complete all admissions within
72 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.100% of
clinical documentation is complete within 24 hours of
sessions.Qualifications:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent, MUST be licensed in the
state of CA.A desire to facilitate client growth through a team
approach, working with other care providers.Strong oral and written
communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Flexibility in a
fast-growing, ever changing environment.Ability to pass a state
