Team and the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and
hands-on product leader to join our team as the Lead Product
Manager for our Nugraph Graph Database and the business critical
applications of this technology. NuGraph is an internally developed
cloud-native, highly scalable graph database that lies at the heart
of our knowledge graph and has many existing and future
applications, notably in powering our rapidly evolving AI services!
In this pivotal role, you will help develop and implement the
strategy and roadmap for NuGraph, while working closely with our
partners across eBay to identify and support high value, business
critical applications and initiatives. What You Will
Accomplish:
- Develop a comprehensive vision, strategy and product roadmap
for NuGraph and partner with key team members to drive successful
adoption in service to the broader eBay business.
- Analyze market trends, leverage user research and use
data-driven insights to inform product decisions, drive strategic
investments and build compelling cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across
eBay's Cloud Data team and drive alignment to plans in partnership
with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Support.
- Lead and own the end to end user experience
- Lead post-launch initiatives to optimize product performance,
gather customer feedback, and leverage this data to drive
continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by periodic
reviews and incorporating insights from internal cross-functional
teams.
- Work passionately on behalf of our customers to improve
experiences, influencing a higher bar on quality and ensuring our
customers and the priorities of the broader business are always at
the center of our product roadmap and priorities. What You Will
Bring:
- 9+ years of product management experience with a strong
background in Cloud-Native data platforms and services
- Expertise in developing, launching products at scale in global
environments
- Data-driven approach and fluency in using data to drive
insights and guide decision-making
- Customer focusedattitudet and passion for solving difficult
problems in a simple, intuitive ways
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities coupled with
eye for business in service to building compelling cases and
roadmaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability
to articulate and present everything from early concepts to full
product launch plans to your team, partners, and executive
audiences
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with a
global perspective.
- Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments
and be nimble to adapt strategies for global scalability.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred The pay range for this
position at commencement of employment in California, Washington,
or New York is expected in the range below.$197,200 - $263,200 Base
pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation
package for this position may also include other elements,
including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable)
in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off
benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation
in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an
