collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
marketing, sales, and operations, as well as experienced product
managers and senior leadership. You will engage with senior
leadership to align product strategies, present key insights, and
implement process improvements while contributing to high-impact
projects.What You'll DoYou will drive projects with market analysis
and product definition while applying product management skills and
methodologies. You will work cross-functionally through Cisco
channels, business units, and internal organizations and
collaborate with product managers to build:
- Product strategy documents including marketing
requirements
- Product requirements
- Product life-cycle-commit process
- Job-role analysisYou will present to the leadership and other
members of the organization, identify process gaps, and plan
process implementation as you continue to support and further build
change management processes.Who You Are
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification
program from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community
College, or 4-Year University.
- Growing understanding of networking concepts, analytical
concepts, and product management concepts
- Experience with programming (R, Python, C++) frameworks
- Solid understanding of product management, supply chain, demand
planning, logistics, and project management methodologies
- Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're

incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the
