Director of IST (Incompetent to Stand Trial) Operations will play a
pivotal role in overseeing the expansion and smooth operation of
all jail-based IST programs within their designated region. This
leader will ensure the successful implementation and management of
these critical programs, driving efficiency, compliance, and
high-quality outcomes across all facilities. If you're a strategic

Responsibilities
- Development & Implementation of IST Services: Responsible for
developing, implementing, and maintaining IST services at
participating facilities, including planning discussions, site
visits, and expanding services.
- Staff Training & Supervision: Trains, develops, and supervises
assigned staff to ensure effective program delivery.
- Ongoing Program Training: Provides ongoing training to staff
and stakeholders on the program's concepts, ensuring alignment with
contract deliverables.
- Monitoring Outcome Data & Compliance: Monitors treatment
outcomes and ensures compliance with treatment requirements as per
respective contracts.
- On-Site Support & Consultation: Provides on-site support by
traveling to facilities to fill in during vacancies or new program
starts, and consults with site staff on treatment plans as
needed.Additional DetailsHybrid Role. Must travel to our Northern
CA sites at least 3 times per week. Licensed Professional preferred
(LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing, health administration,
business administration, or related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a mental health related
field.Experience:
- Required: One (1) year experience in a related field.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.License:
- Preferred: Licensed in the state where work will be
