Lastly we do offer a hybrid work schedule making it easier for you to show up your best everyday to work!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an organized and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and procurement to execution and completion. This position requires a hands-on approach, as you will be coordinating with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review and interpret project requirements and deliverables, ensuring all projects adhere to building codes and safety regulations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and manpower.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain the high standards expected of our projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, and other staff, and provide guidance when needed.
  • Manage the customer service process, ensuring that all client queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for upper management.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction project management role.
    • Proven experience in project management and construction estimating.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
    • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and building codes.
    • Excellent knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation procedures.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and customer service skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project and Excel.
    • Strong understanding of the construction industry and up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
    • Ability to work in high-stress situations and handle emergencies with a calm demeanor.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
