Job Description Job Description Job Title: 3rd shift Maintenance Technician Job Description Perform preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Your priorities will include executing PM schedules, repairing equipment to maintain maximum production rates, and maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory. Responsibilities Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates at optimal levels. Repair equipment as needed to maintain maximum production rates. Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts to support maintenance activities. Essential Skills 5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, and Controls. Knowledge of 3 Phase Industrial wiring and power distribution. Experience with AC & DC Drive / Motor PMs, wiring, programming, and troubleshooting. 2 years of PLC Troubleshooting experience. Proficiency in using Electrical Test equipment: Voltmeter, Ammeter, ohm meter, Megger, etc. Experience with Motion Training with Servo Drives and Motors Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in electrical formulas and mechanical math. Certifications or courses in Electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatic Maintenance. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is for the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7:30am, with a shift premium of $1.50 for off shift. The work environment is a traditional manufacturing setting, which can be dirty at times, and is non-climate controlled with a loud atmosphere due to large machines. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mendota, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $91520.00/yr.
