OverviewAllied Reliability is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Lathrop, California for a client with operations in multiple aspects of agriculture including seed production, farming and ranching, plant sciences, fertilizer manufacturing, food processing, commercial product development and distribution.ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities

  • Reliability Strategy
    • Member of Mining & Manufacturing Reliability Steering Committee.
    • Participate in M&M Plant Risk Assessments
    • Work with Corporate Reliability manager to develop M&M reliability standards.
    • Participate in annual Face to face meeting
    • Share best practices with all sites.
    • Provide support to M&M facilities.
    • Key Performance Indicators
      • Own site metrics
      • Communicate and review metrics with site leadership
      • Provide recommendation and support improvement actions.
      • Asset Criticality Ranking
        • Own and facilitate asset criticality ranking process.
        • Develop/Review care plans for critical assets.
        • Preventive Maintenance Optimization
          • Review PM program for critical and regulatory assets
          • Review PM vs PDM activities.
          • Develop maintenance plans for new assets
          • Bad Actor List
            • Develop evergreen bad actor list
            • Scheduled reviews with plant stakeholders/Senior Management.
            • Track action items until completion
            • Vulnerability List
              • Develop evergreen vulnerability list and communicate to plant stakeholders
              • Scheduled reviews with plant stakeholders/Senior Management.
              • Track action items until completion
              • Condition based program
                • Data Analysis and recommendations. Weekly reports.
                • KPIs Program schedule compliance
                • Reliability wins. Communicate to stakeholders.
                • Investigate new technologies and possibility to expand PDM program to other assets.
                • Root Cause Analysis
                  • Facility/Lead Root cause analysis
                  • Develop and communicate Lesson learned/Reliability Alerts
                  • Track action items until completion
                  • Develop site metrics for RCA
                  • Review completed RCAs to review program effectiveness.
                  • Turnaround Process
                    • Lead Found work and inspection teams
                    • Communicate findings and present recommendations to senior management
                    • Improve TAR process by optimizing outage scope of work. -
                      • Capital Project
                        • Provide input to 1-5-year capital replacement based on CBM data, Bad actor, vulnerabilities and TAR reports.
                        • Design for Reliability: Technical review of capital projects (Reliability, Availability Maintainability and safety).
                        • Reliability Risk Assessment
                          • Perform plant risk assessment
                          • Develop continuous improvement plan 1-3 years.
                          • Reliability Culture
                            • Plant-wide communications (Newsletters) about program results. -#LI-TS1#CBQualificationsQualifications
                              • 4 year Engineering Degree
                              • Experienced in Implementing a Reliability Program
                              • Industrial Manufacturing experience
                              • Excellent Communicaton skills needed#LI-TS1#CB
