Representative- Drive Thru (L1) Location: South San Francisco, CA
Summary: We are looking to hire a skilled/flexible L1 Customer
Service Representative to support our B20 Drive Thru. In this role
you will assist our clients with deployment of computer hardware
and retrieval of refreshed/damaged/old hardware. The main
responsibility is to be the first point of contact for customers
picking up and dropping off hardware to the B20 Drive Thru. You
will be required to work on-site and assist with non-technical
login support. This self-motivated candidate will follow defined
account or departmental policies and procedures, work on routine
assignments, and raise issues to management when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meet with customers per
scheduled Calendar to assist with pick-ups, drop offs, and hardware
swaps. Assist customers with unscheduled drive thru or walk ups.
Receive, deploy and secure hardware. Update equipment tracking
documents. Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of
the team and environment for ongoing improvements. Update ticket
notes in multiple ticketing systems (OPUS and ServiceNow). Other
duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Lift and carry 20 - 40
pounds. Maintain professionalism and appearance at all times.
Education/Experience: 1 year Customer Service experience. Customer
Service and experience working directly with customers is a must.
Any Technical ability is a plus but not necessary. Able to
multitask and prioritize multiple tasks/activities. Good
interpersonal skills and organizational skills. Google Suite
(sheets/docs/slides/chat/calendar) is a must.
