DescriptionWe have an E-commerce company in the Central Valley seeking for an Accounts Receivable specialist to reconcile and post cash receipts for their customers. The Accounts Receivable will be working on Aging reports and taking care of collections issues, accruals, month end report and additional duties from Accounting Manager. Communication skills are important due to phone calls and high volume of emails communications from vendors. Vendor management in specific portals is required so you must be computer savvy. As an Accounts Receivable specialist, you will also take care of charge backs and factoring, and work in the General Ledger by making Journal Entries. SAP experience and advance Excel skills (v-lookups, macros, and pivot tables).Requirements

• Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
• High attention to detail
• Knowledgeable of ERP systems
• Adeptness in SAP
• Experience with Macros
• Excel Formulas experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Vendor Management
• Prior experience with Aging Reports
• Comprehension of communication
• Account reconciliation experience highly preferred
• Practical knowledge of cash posting
• Earlier work involving factoring
• Proficiency in Pivot Table
• Hands-on experience with month end closings
• Adjusting Journal Entries experience highly valued
• Financial reporting experience preferred
• Background working with chargebacks
• Previous experience working with journal entries
• Good understanding of general ledger
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• General familiarity with Consumer Collections
• Experience with customer service
• Foundational knowledge in VLOOKUP
• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred
